About Our Gelato
Gelato is a frozen dessert of Italian origin. It is made with a base of 3.25% butterfat whole milk and sugar. It is generally lower in fat than other styles of frozen desserts. Gelato typically contains 70% less air and more flavouring than other kinds of frozen desserts, giving it a density and richness that distinguishes it from other ice creams.
Around the 1940s, Bruto Carpigiani worked to create machines that would make the production of gelato safer and easier. Nowadays, Carpigiani is one of the biggest manufactures of gelato machinery. Today, gelato is known worldwide and Italy is the only country where the market share of artisanal gelato versus mass-produced gelato is over 55%.

We hereby certify that Genm Co. (Mr. Abdul Khefar Hessen Ibrahim) worked for DAD for humanitarian right and civil society affairs and Triangles (INGO) in Rabia subdistrict for livelihood project during February to June 2016, the project was by French consulate. Genm Co. helped us to provide and distribute live animals (450 ewes) and animal concentrated fodder (200 tonnes) to more than 600 beneficiaries based on project request.
DAD experience with Genm Co. has been positive during implementation the project, all the item that has been provided by the company were in excellent condition with very helpful staff that worked with us at distribution to vulnerable people in the selected area.

We hereby certify that (GENM Company represented by Mr. Abdulgafar E. Hassan and Mr. Zeravan E. Hassan) has been working for our humanitarian organization Mission Enfance, in some agriculture projects as a supplier of Bees and its accessories and organizing training courses for the villagers beneficiaries from the projects in the villages of Duhok Gov. Kurdistan Region, in 2013 and 2014.
